Return of goods or withdrawal from the purchase contract
As a final consumer, you may return all goods within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason.
How to proceed?
To return the goods, please use the withdrawal form HERE.
Pack the package properly and carefully in its original, undamaged packaging and place it in the shipping box.
Please inclide a printed copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) and a filled-in withdrawal form.
Send the package to Anežka Juhová studio, Malířská 9, Prague 7, 170 00. The costs associated with sending the returned goods (postage, packaging) are paid by you, so please do not send the package on COD.
No later than 14 days from the time the goods arrive, we will refund the full amount we have received from you if the return conditions are met. The possibility of return and exchange shall be extinguished if you have any goods modified according to the previously agreed requirements.
Please include a printed copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) and the complaint form.

According to the law, the seller has 30 days to process the complaint, but we will deal with the complaint immediately so that it not unnecessarily prolonged. If the goods claimed cannot be replaced, we will refund the money (including postage).
