RETURNS AND RECLAMATIONS
As a final consumer, you may return all goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment without providing any reason.
HOW TO PROCEED
- To return goods, please use the withdrawal form HERE.
- Pack the items carefully in their original, undamaged packaging and place them in the shipping box.
- Please include a printed copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) and the completed withdrawal form.
- Send the package to Anežka Juhová Studio, Malířská 9, Prague 7, 170 00. The costs of returning the goods (postage, packaging) are your responsibility, so please do not send the package cash on delivery.
Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, we will refund the full amount paid, provided that the return conditions are met. Items that have been modified according to previously agreed specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

CLAIMS OR RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE
If there is anything wrong with the goods, please notify us via the contact form HERE. We will resolve the issue promptly to your satisfaction.

- Pack the items carefully and include a printed copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) along with the completed complaint form.
- Send the package to Anežka Juhová Studio, Malířská 9, Prague 7, 170 00.
According to the law, the seller has 30 days to process a claim. However, we will deal with your claim immediately to avoid unnecessary delays. If the goods cannot be replaced, we will refund the payment, including postage.
