To keep your jewellery looking beautiful and like new, it is important to care for it properly. Store your jewellery in a clean, dry place, preferably separately, so that it does not get scratched or oxidized through contact with other metals. Always remove your jewellery before bathing, exercising, or doing manual work. Jewellery also does not respond well to creams, skin serums, or other cosmetic products that may leave stains.

In some cases, silver may begin to tarnish slightly. This is a natural property of the metal – when exposed to air, a thin layer of oxidation can form on the surface. This can be cleaned gently with a toothbrush and toothpaste, then polished dry with a soft cloth.

Silver jewellery plated with yellow or rose gold is covered with only a thin layer of gold, which may gradually wear off over time. This is normal wear and tear and should be expected. However, we can arrange re-plating of your jewellery for a fee.
