The Maya collection captures specific moments from the author's travels in Mexico. Processing the material meant processing one's own experiences from the journey, the creation process itself was essential, allowing individual memories to be relived. Jewelry is an interpretation, it leads us to perceive wildness, color and the journey into the unknown. The dynamic of adventure and the joy of discovering the new, along with nostalgia for what we know well, was the shaping force of this collection. In the jewelry, calmness and wildness as in the jungle, wrinkles and smoothness as in the sea, rawness and mysticism as in the local cultural heritage, overwhelm and relaxation as in our mind alternate.

If you do not know your ring size, are unsure about it, or are choosing a ring as a gift, we have prepared a short guide to help you find the right size.
MEASUREMENT IN OUR STUDIO
Contact us and we will arrange a meeting at our studio, Anežka Juhová Studio, Malířská 9, Prague 7, 170 00. We will measure both your finger size and the ring size.
If you are choosing a ring as a gift, the best option is to bring a ring that already fits the person, so we can measure it accurately. Professional tools ensure the most precise result.
HOME MEASUREMENTS
If visiting us is not possible, there are various ways to measure your ring size at home. It is always necessary to measure the inner circumference of the ring, which corresponds to the standardized size (e.g., 52 mm = EU size 52).
MEASUREMENT WITHOUT A RING
Use a firm, non-stretch material that can be wrapped around the finger. A strip of office paper works well.
Measure your fingers at room temperature when they are not swollen or cold. Finger size can change during the day and depending on the temperature and environment. Measure your finger several times throughout the day to determine the ideal size.
Wrap the strip of paper around the finger you want to wear the ring on. Make sure it slides over the knuckle. It is best to measure at the largest joint of the finger.
Mark the meeting point of the material.
Unroll the strip and measure it with a ruler from the edge to the mark. This number is the inner circumference of the ring in millimeters. For example, if you get 53 mm, your standardized size is EU 53.
MEASUREMENT WITH A RING
Place the ring on a piece of paper on a flat surface and trace the inner circumference with a sharp point. Ensure the ring does not move while tracing to get an accurate circle.
Measure the diameter of the circle using a ruler.
Multiply the measured diameter in millimeters by π (3.14) to get the inner circumference in millimeters, which is the standardized size. For example, if the diameter is 14 mm: 14 × 3.14 = 43.96 mm. Your standardized size is therefore approximately EU 44.
If the measurement falls between sizes (e.g., 44.4), we recommend choosing the smaller size.
If it happens that your ring size does not fit, the price includes a free size adjustment as part of our warranty service. This applies within 30 days of the invoice date. If this occurs, please contact us.

MATERIAL AND HALLMARKS
We create jewelry from sterling silver (925/1000) or 14 ct gold (585/1000) using the lost-wax casting method. Each piece of jewelry is then carefully finished, filed, and polished by hand. All jewelry is stamped with our AJ maker’s mark and the metal purity mark.
